All registered users agree not to distribute or share their username and /or password details with any other individual or company to provide to other individuals the permission to utilize the services provided through the English for all website.

5. Student Registration

When registering as a student at English for all, you will be required to provide personal information not limited to your preferred username and password; your email address; the language of your choice; your country of residence; your local currency and local time zone. By registering an account at englishforall.academy, you automatically confirm that you accept the terms and conditions of use. All students agree to the use of their personal information following the website privacy policy.

6. Students – Booking and Payment Policy

Upon submitting the required fee through the English for all website, the platform will promptly issue a receipt to the student for the corresponding amount of the order. It is the responsibility of English for all to ensure that students receive the appropriate receipt for their payment. Note that students are only required to make a single payment. All transactions will be conducted in the local currency (Euros).
It is strictly prohibited for students to engage in any action or attempt to evade the payment of fees in accordance with the English for all booking policy. Additionally, arranging or attempting to arrange lessons outside the English for all platform is also strictly prohibited. Violation of these policies will result in the closure of the student’s account, and legal action may be pursued to recover any outstanding amounts. English for all reserves the right to modify or adjust these fees at any time. The prices displayed on englishforall.academy include all applicable fees.

7. Students – Fees and Cancellation Policy

You will be required to register and create an account with English for all (the “Account”) to have access to the website’s services. Information gathered through the registration process and information related to your account will be subject to these terms as well as to our “Privacy and Security Policy.” You warrant that the information provided for the creation of a student’s account is truthful, accurate, and complete and that this information will stay truthful, accurate, and complete as long as you are registered at the English for all website.
Certain material and functionalities of the website are available only after the purchase of an online language package (the Package options). According to this Agreement, you are responsible for any charges associated with registering to the website. English for all reserves the right to change the price of the actual package fees or institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted on the website and emailed to current customers.
By purchasing a Study Package, you agree to be bound to the following terms:
English for all ensures that every bank/credit card/PayPal/Revolut transaction you make is 100% secure.
All language courses fees are recurring and non-refundable after your purchase. If you do not wish to continue studying at English for all, you have to deactivate your account at the “My Account” page at your login area or provide us with a written (email) notice.
An exception to the prior paragraph is our “5-day money-back guarantee”. Within five days after the purchase of a study package, you have the right to cancel your language course and receive a full refund by providing us with a written (email) notice.
In the case of issuing an invoice or receipt, the 5-day money-back guarantee applies from the date the invoice or receipt was issued.
Lesson packages booked and not used within the expiration date will be canceled and will not be refunded.
In case of a cancellation: A scheduled lesson with a teacher has to be canceled specified hours before the actual appointment for the lesson. Otherwise, the arranged hour is going to be deducted from the purchased lesson-package, without any further announcement or refund. This is solely contingent upon the Package the student have chosen. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the English for all platform, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, claims, costs, or damages arising out of your use of the English for all website and/or your breach of this Agreement, as outlined in the terms and conditions set forth herein. You undertake not to engage in any misconduct that could result in harm or liability to the English for all platform and its affiliates, partners, and employees.

9. Language Teachers – Compliance with Booking Procedure

All registered language tutors must adhere to the designated booking procedure on our website. Engaging in or promoting any activity that involves arranging lessons with a language student outside of English for all is strictly prohibited under our terms and conditions of service. The following activities are specifically not permitted:

• Communicating via email, or any other means to schedule and arrange a lesson with a language student with the intention of avoiding the payment of the booking fee to the English for all website.
• Any registered language tutor found in violation of these terms and conditions, particularly those who privately arrange tuition time with an English for all language student to avoid the booking fee, may face the following consequences: Termination of cooperation between the English for all platform and the language tutor involved in the prohibited activity. Exclusion of the particular language student from their rights to use the English for all website in the future. Possible legal action against the language tutor, language student, and/or their parent or guardian.

10. Your Rights

English for all grants you a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, limited right to access, use, and view the content on this platform, subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Terms as outlined in their entirety. The materials available on this site are provided exclusively for your personal, non‑commercial use. Certain services offered on this site are accessible solely to registered customers of English for all.
By purchasing a subscription or registering for a Free Trial Lesson of English for all, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out in full.

11. Privacy and Security Policy

Your usage of our Site and any personal information or other data collected about you by englishforall.academy through or in connection with the Site is governed by our Privacy and Security Policy. We prioritize the protection and confidentiality of your information. If you have any inquiries regarding our online privacy and security policy, please direct them to our administration team.
Note: We will never share your data with third parties, even if they provide services on our behalf, unless you give us permission to do so.

12. Applied Laws, Regulations, and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be regulated in all respects by the laws of Greece without affecting any principle that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction. The arrangements of this agreement are severable and you agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. Consequently, you herewith submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Greece for prosecuting or litigating such disputes or claims. Any cause of action you may have in regards to English for all must be commenced within one month after it arises, or the cause of action is repudiated.

13. Miscellaneous

In the event that any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not render the Agreement as a whole unlawful, void, or unenforceable. Only the specific portion of the Agreement that is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable shall be removed. You acknowledge that if English for all chooses not to exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy stated in the Agreement (or any right or remedy afforded by applicable law), it shall not be considered a formal waiver of English for all’s rights, and such rights or remedies will remain available to English for all.
All covenants, agreements, representations, and warranties made in this Agreement shall continue to be valid and effective following your acceptance of this Agreement and the termination thereof.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between the recipient and English for all and supersedes and replaces all oral or written agreements concerning the subject matter hereof.
